Robotic Solutions
Welding automation delivers lower production costs, superior weld consistency, a safer work environment, and measurable gains in throughput. By pairing advanced automation technology with hands-on local support from our certified technicians, and partnering with the top brands and manufacturers in the industry we provide the most complete and capable automated welding solutions on the market today.
Our systems integrate seamlessly into job shops and manufacturing environments, making adoption smooth and intuitive. With simplified operation and streamlined workflows, your team can get up to speed quickly—freeing you to focus on other critical areas of your business while automation elevates quality, efficiency, and overall productivity.
Cobot Welding
Cobots are a subset of programmable machines designed to perform tasks safely and effectively in a human environment.
They offer improved productivity, quality, and safety while reducing operating cost and worker injuries.
Cobots are easier to program than traditional robots and integrate seamlessly into existing workspaces without a need to modify the space for a larger robot. The smaller size makes cobots ideal for light-duty applications.
Seam Welding
The linear welding speed and precision you depend on, both for today’s needs and for the future’s, enabling high-volume cylinder production, joining thin-gauge metal, welding coiled sheets and more.
Inserts are quickly and easily interchanged into the Backup Mandrel to accommodate a variety of material types and thicknesses. Copper inserts dissipate heat generated during the welding process. Additional inserts are available to cover a wide range of material types and thicknesses. Inserts are available with or without gas back-up capabilities.
Positioning Equipment
Fixturing and Positioning Equipment securely holds, rotates, and tilts workpieces, allowing welders or robots to access joints at the most optimal angle for high-quality, efficient welding, significantly reducing setup time, labor, and hazards by eliminating climbing or awkward positioning. They allow for continuous, controlled movement (like 360° rotation), maximizing arc time and enabling a single operator to handle large parts, leading to faster production, better consistency, and safer working conditions
Automated Plasma & Cutting Tables
An automated plasma table, or CNC (Computer Numerical Control) plasma table, is a computer-controlled machine that uses a high-temperature plasma arc to precisely cut electrically conductive metals like steel, aluminum, and copper, making it ideal for fabrication, construction, and manufacturing by moving a torch automatically along programmed paths for accuracy and efficiency
